“So, I sent the following email to AARCH Club about two weeks ago and have not heard back as of yet. I'd love to hear everyone else's thoughts on the below.
My name is............ I have been a member of AARCH Club in Tempe since early January of this year. I would like to start out by saying I have been nothing but impressed with AARCH Club since my first visit there. All of the staff is very courteous, and knowledgable. I drive over 30 minutes each way (sometimes 45) to AARCH every time I need medication. On Tuesday of this week, I ordered 7g of White Fire OG. I was very much impressed and satisfied with this after I got home, and got to try it, that the next day I ordered 7g more. I was quite surprised that when the cashier handed the ziploc to me that it was significantly different from the day before. Absolutely nothing about the Wifi OG I got on Wednesday was at all similar to what I picked up on Tuesday. The color, texture, smell, and taste are light years away from each other. I honestly believe that I received something other than White Fire OG. I discussed this with the cashier, but he was of no help, other than offering a 5% discount, which was very nice of him. Because I drive over 30 minutes (one way) to AARCH, and it was too late in the day to place another order, I accepted the 7g with the 5% discount. After I had gone home and tried it, I knew for sure that it had nothing to do with White Fire OG. What I picked up on Wednesday reminded me more of some Fire OG I had picked up from AARCH a week or two back. Even at home now, looking at the two different Wifi OG’s, it is mind boggling that anyone would think these are the same. I have been very cool to AARCH, not just by being another customer. For example, I believe the 3rd time I went into AARCH there was a free pre roll waiting for me at checkout. I had already received a free pre roll for the referral I had the week prior. I immediately told the cashier that I had already received a free pre roll for my one referral. The cashier thanked me, and put the pre roll back. On another occasion, I picked up 7g, and noticed the price was a little less than I had planned for. I mentioned to the cashier if she was certain about the price, as I believed it to be more, and at second glance she noticed it was incorrect. I very much respect and enjoy visiting AARCH, but today I feel kinda wronged, as I am very certain the two White Fire OG’s I received on Tuesday and today, Wednesday, were completely different.
