Collective Awakenings is the premiere non-profit O.M.M.P. patient information and resource center located in Northeast Portland. We strive to offer the highest level of patient services and care by providing a safe, clean, relaxing, and ADA accessible atmosphere for O.M.M.P. patients.

We have no door fee and accept all OMMP patients, caregivers, and growers.

Our menu is constantly growing and changing offering patients a large number of treatment options for their medicinal needs. Our staff is also available for private consultations and always looking out for the patient’s best interests.

Collective Awakenings is located on the 28th block of NE Sandy Blvd, right next to Katie O'Brien's Bar. We offer a parking lot for our guests, which is located behind Centaur Guitar's parking lot.

We are open Monday-Saturday 11:00 am- 7:00 pm and closed for major holidays.

We also have an air conditioned lobby with refreshments and television for non-cardholders traveling with an OMMP cardholder.
