To become a patient you must have a valid Michigan ID and doctors records supporting your condition. We charge $75 for renewal certifications and $125 for new certifications. Please call 616-666-3374 today to schedule your appointment to get legal.

1.) A Valid Michigan ID. AND 2.) A Valid Michigan Medical Marihuana Program Card

1.) A Valid Michigan ID. AND 2.) A Valid MMMP Application Form & Physician Certification. AND 3.) At least ONE of the following items:

1.) A green Certified Mail Postcard date stamped from the Dept. of Community Health in Lansing, MI (date must be at least 21 days prior to today's date). OR 2.) A Cashed Check date stamped from the Deposit Michigan Dept. of Treasury (date must be at least 21 days prior to today's date). OR 3.) A Money Order Receipt date stamped from the Deposit Michigan Dept. of Treasury (date must be at least 21 days prior to today's date).

If you cannot present these items to us, you will not be allowed into our club. We have the right to refuse service to anyone.

We will NOT answer questions over the phone in regards to medication. If you have overages please contact us to make an appointment.
