In remembrance of his life and legacy, Bob Marley’s family and Leafly’s parent company Privateer Holdings have come together to establish Marley Natural, a collection of cannabis products including topicals, accessories, and heirloom strains from the artist’s Jamaican homeland. These products, which aim to embody Marley’s vision of freedom and wellness, will be released in late 2015 to legal markets around the world.
Fifty years ago, Bob Marley helped roll the stone of prohibition away with his advocacy for responsible personal consumption. Today, we are blessed to witness these ideas flower into change – a change that signifies an opening of the global mind and an intolerance toward the social injustices that arrived with marijuana prohibition.
