Trident is a sativa-indica hybrid with an extraordinary concentration of CBD (12%) and quite low THC (6%); as such, it's useful if you need the medical relief provided by CBD but don't want to feel high. It has a unique taste and small, and was as sticky as anything I've ever touched! I used it for two purposes: (1) migraines and nausea, and (2) letting someone who reacts to marijuana with paranoia and anxiety try out a laid-back strain. It was awesome for both!

Goldwing is an absolutely beautiful sativa. The eighth I purchased from SPARC was rated at 16% THC and .29% CBD, and has been too delightful for words, every time. It is probably the most impressive sativa I've smoked: it gives me a feeling of pure, lucid euphoria; no pot I've used has been so specifically emotionally uplifting before. The second time I smoked some, I was seized with a sense that everything in my life was perfectly fine, that I'd no cause (and had never had cause) for worry. It was lovely, and in a way it was accurate. In other words: it's a sativa that is clear and gorgeous and makes you feel great. Recommended!

AK-47 was recommended to me by one of the guys at the dispensary when they ran out of some sativas I tend to buy. It's a hybrid, and probably a bit indica-heavy for real sativa purists, but if you like some cloudiness and some body buzz with your high, it's your strain. It's pretty classic, and in some way feels like an archetypal high: lots of laughter, but also a strong urge to just chill out. It definitely amplifies one's natural laziness!

Cloud Bank Super Jack is, I was told by my dispensary, about 75% sativa, 25% indica; I'd asked for a strong, lucid sativa of their preference, and was referred to it; the indica in it doesn't make one feel stoned at all, but it does give one some nice bodily sensations and reduces one's jitteriness. I've smoked it several times now, from a Volcano and from Da Buddha, and in each instance it was a delight. It's very potent, but it allows me to operate capably in the real world. Conversations are easy, pleasant. Certainly everything seems more visually beautiful, and music is excellent. It kind of exemplifies the positives one associates with sativas.

I've only been three times now, but twice it's been essentially flawless -above and beyond what I'd expect- and the other time it just had a single, manageable problem: an extremely stoned employee had some trouble following my order/needs. The senior employees are especially helpful, obviously personally invested in the success of the business and eager to make sure you get what you need. They're great if you have questions about strains, gear, or anything else, and they're super-friendly. I could definitely see killing an hour there just chatting, although they're also quick if you want to get in and out. Also, the free vaporizer-lounges can't be beat, nor can the selection both of strains and of edibles/drinks. Whether you're new to it or a bit more experienced, this place is excellent.

An excellent, lucid sativa-high: clear-feeling, made me feel euphoric, energetic, creative, giddy. Lots of swaying, toe-tapping, high-velocity conversation. Made things glow, made the city seem beautiful. No paranoia, no negatives.

Pretty physical high; not at all heady: no visual/trippy/sensory-perceptual buzz. An Indica-heavy-hybrid. (Also has Trainwreck).

This is what a sativa is reputed to be: a kind of euphoric, highly-impressionistic experience after just two or three hits from a Volcano at Igzactly420. I loved it: walked home at sunset in a city illuminated by orange light, felt like a king. No anxiety, no lethargy. Felt very high, but could function and speak. Wore off well!
