What a joke.. I was trying to be a new patient however the lady that answered the Express order line had no idea what she was even talking about.. I would never step foot in there knowing the people who answer the phones are the worst.
Not not even cool, I live in gold canyon and was shorted .5, I smoked a little so it was probably more like a gram but hey who's counting. Anyway go in there today for some sort of compensation (I did call day of btw) and all I'm meant with is we shorted you .3 and here's a preroll. now let's think about that 15$ of gas and I was shorted .5 or more. The preroll is only .5 (smallest in the valley) and not a thing else they would do. I mean isn't a free gram worth keeping a customer? Oh well another bad review review for this place, they won't last long when most phoenix dispensery locations have 2000+ plus 5 star review and better prices. Lame don't go!! There new patient special is the only reason anyone goes. Phoenix is worth the drive.
The meds are good, the woman who always answers the phone needs an attitude adjustment. Customer service is everything garden of eden, her using that tone and rudeness turns people off. Usually they will deliver on time depending on the day and the weather, they could have a much better thing going on with some proper management.
