Sugar is a term used for concentrates with a more crystalline appearance, or a slightly grainy consistency, similar to that of wet sugar. Sugar is a concentrate that is very similar to shatter in that we use the same extraction method. However, the consistency and texture will be very different from shatter. Sugar is rich in flavor and a bit easier to handle than other extracts, as it is more fluid and less brittle. As the name suggests it will look like sugar, or more precisely wet sugar. It also has a wide range of colors from very light yellow to various amber shades. Sugar maintains the same potency of the original concentrate with a richer flavor profile.
