I loved everything about this place except for the DG Cookies. Granted it know it is not necessarily their fault, but they should tax Rythm for BS. Getting charged for reg 1/8 and turns out to be smalls. 🤨 the Rollins from Cresco was great. Cresco, Grassroots and Revolution always do amazing work. Especially that Gorilla'd Cheese...
They had a great variety of flower when I visited. Prices include tax, cash only as always. The one tip I would give is to CALL AHEAD AND GET ON THE LIST. I didn't do that and had to wait an hour, which was no big deal. I got a half OZ of Sweet Island Skunk that is flipping amazing and some honey packets (great in coffee lol). I will definitely be back.
The nice gentleman in the wheelchair needs to speak *slower* and annunciate his words when speaking to customers coming through the door. Especially since he has to wear a face covering which already muzzles people's voices. I agree with some of the other reviews here about the Milan location. The Recreational side of the the Milan location has this weird feeling about it as if some of the employees there feel as another reviewer put it, "put upon" to have to be there. Its as if they've never used cannabis before or don't on a regular basis so they have no sympathy for the use of cannabis and therefore not true connection to the customer. Its more of a body language/non verbal thing you pick up on. I'm sure some of this is attributed to marijuana still being "taboo" in a sense and it is quite the cultural shock to us all, but every time I'm there its just so quiet and awkward. That being said, product is good quality but price MUST come down or the black market will continue to thrive and out compete dispensaries in IL. Good luck guys, I hope the market allows for your prices to lower over time.
The staff are frequently rude, act put upon by your being there or asking questions, even though for a while they were not even answering the phone or emails so in person was only time to ask. The online menu is often inaccurate and rarely do they have printed menus available to review while you wait (you will always wait in line) The available product is very limited and what they do have is generally $10 more per item than at any other dispensary. The main reason for bad service, high price and limited product is likely they are the only dispensary in the QC so there is no competition. Hope this changes soon. The bad service and limited product is so bad, I now drive to RISE in Canton, Illinois, which is only 1.5 hours away what a world of difference it makes- huge selection of product at reasonable prices, friendly helpful staff, wide selection of "sale" items. Going here is the same experience as going to DMV.
I drove 5hrs, they had 1 strain, expensive as hell. I got a disposable cart that literally worked for a day and it stopped hitting. It lights up as I pull it but does not hit whatsoever. Paid $50 for that thing. Not happy with my first visit.
Drove out here to pick up some flower on the way back from Iowa. Not bad, I was in and out in under 5 minutes. Good bud. Also had super friendly people working there, except the awkward security guard. They definitely have their sh*t together! Thanks guys!
