Their guidance helped her quit two prescription medications and improve her life. This shop has a quality staff, a tremendous selection, and the clientele is always friendly.   • “Use to be my favorite dispensary as a medical patient. I don't know what happened.. Some where along the line they started to give less of a damn about medical and cater more towards recreational. Medical patients seem to cramp their style they don't wanna be bothered with us anymore. Look. I'm not putting these guys down the dispensary isn't bad the service is a little shady now-a-days the product ain't bad but the atmosphere is harsh towards medical patients. The budtenders need a lesson in customer service. I understand the industry is ever changing the rules and regulations are always out of wack but when you come to work check that crap at the door and do work! Your a budtender you have a job some people would love to have, act like it. Now regarding medical patients I don't know when you guys got high and mighty (no pun intended) but damn figure it out. I'll never come back to your dispensary anyway so these comments from me don't matter any way which sucks cause I use to love you guys. Ole well. ”

    I am really confused. I watched the video of your interactions in my business and looked at your history. Let me start with the history. You have literally 1 other visit to my shop. Now for your interactions and some background. You came into the shop during our afternoon rush times. You were an asshole from your first interaction with my lady out front. She is a nice lady and doesn't deserve to be treated the way that you treated her. I realize that you think you are more important than the other customers waiting but unfortunately this is not the case. I think it is ironic that you blast our shop for not catering to medical. Anyone who has been in my shop knows this is false. The funny part is that the two patients in the sales area ahead of you were both new MMJ users (one had recently been diagnosed with cancer and other is dealing with PTSD) needing consultation and recommendations. Of course you were agitated that you had to wait a staggering 7 minutes to get in to the sales area and your attitude reflected this. So, you are really the one that had your style cramped by MMJ users and not us. We were simply doing the best we could to provide service to patients and customers during the busiest part of the day. Next, you continued to be an ass to my med techs while you introduced negativity into my business. Finally, you became incensed that you had to use a child proof exit bag for your purchases. The OLCC demands that products which are not child proof have to leave the building in one of these bags. I realize that you think "industry is ever changing the rules and regulations are always out of wack." Regardless, we get to be the monitor and it is not your licensing at stake if the rules are not followed. Again, upon exiting you were rude and demeaning to my people. I give thanks that I know that you are one of the 2% of assholes that we get to deal with. The other 98% of my customers and patients are kind through their visits and thankful for the time spent consulting and working out recommendations for them. What have you done to better the lives of others? You say, "look. I'm not putting these guys down the dispensary isn't bad." This and the remainder of the review is passive aggressive and victim stance. Let me tell you what Nature Quest llc and I have done for medical patients: 1 - I have grown MMJ for patients for over 9 seasons without any fees for patients, 2 - I provide patients and growers a coordination service where they can locate one another and I manage the two with delivery of medications, 3 - in January of 2013 I began staffing a clinic to assist patients with OMMP Registration, 4 - in October of 2013 I open my dispensary, 2nd Step, with 4 pending felonies and began providing cancer patients with RSO immediately, 5 - when the temporary rules were implemented by the OHA in October of 2015 I did not open my doors to Recreational users for 3 weeks in order to ensure my medical patients would not be anxious or threatened by the stampedes that occurred around our state and city, 6 - when we did start to provide services and products to Rec users we did so in separate areas in our building. This required me to build a room in my basement for my intake and dedicate what was my intake room to Rec users. But I did that to make sure my medical patients were comfortable, 7 - Every Tuesday is "patients" day where we drop the costs of our RSO so that severely ill patients can afford to buy in bulk for their treatments. We also reduce the cost of CBD products and CBD flowers on Tuesdays, 8 - we sponsor patients who can't afford RSO for their cancer treatments, 9 - we work with TJ's Organics to provide Cannabis Oils to children who are victims of seizures through TJ's "Forrest Initiative," 10 - I went to and presented at numerous committees and political events in order to protect patients' rights and build our dispensary system, 11 - my racing team is gathering thousands of dollars in donations which will be given to cancer charities..... so what have you done? Besides being rude to nice people, being hypocritical, and plying a victim? Why don't you grow a set and give me a call and explain this to me? Sincerely, Loren Kruesi - owner and founder NQLLC
