“My husband was diagnosed with Leukemia in April 2014, This is all new and very stressful to both of us. From the 1st time we walked in their doors AAHS staff have been very helpful explaining the processes and assisting us with what type of products my husband would benefit best from. Their staff is always Compassionate, understanding and a pleasure to interact with. We now consider them very supportive friends!! ”
“From my first visit I've had nothing but great service! I first came in-search of information, but was pleasantly surprised when their greeter told me I can come in with my safety packet for x amount of time. From their friendly lady in-front to their lovely men in back. Upon my arrival, I am always updated with any recent news, in the back they are always extremely helpful answering my questions. I love you guys and will be really proud, yet sad when you become to big. Thanks you guys for everything! Even more for your ranging price!
p.s. I marked "I would recommend to a friend", were I actually already have to a few! However I will keep recommending you to all! <3”
Thank you so much for the review. I wanted to address this review personally. While we do have an aggressive expansion model and plan to grow fast and furious, we will never forget our roots or where we came from.
A lot of people don't realize that dispensaries are legal in Albany due in large part to the hard work of our "men in back" (love that reference!) lobbying city council, circulating petitions, and standing up for patients right to safe access in Albany against the likes of Rich Kellum and Bessy Johnson. We worked hand-in-hand with Mayor Konopa to get legislation into city code that she was comfortable with to ensure she voted down the multiple attempts at banning us. The hard work paid off and now Albany is a bastion for patient safe access.
These reviews mean the world to us because it's a proverbial pat on the back when they are good, and a boot in the britches when they aren't. We never delete a review and read every one of them.
We have always been and will always be patient-centric. Our patients ALWAYS come first, whether we are a single shop in Albany, or a shop in every city in the state.
Thank you for your kind words and please continue telling your friends and family about us. Word of mouth remains our number one source of advertising, which forces us to keep customer service and patient satisfaction as job one for us.

“The gal at the front desk really needs some customer service classes. She not only makes you feel like you're intruding on her precious day, but instead of welcoming you, she keeps going over these weird rules, and making you feel uneasy. The gal at their pipe shop next door should be their greeter. She was very nice! The people inside didn't seem very knowledgeable. I asked what was good for anxiety, and was told, "I don't know- what works for me may not be what works for you". He recommended "Burmese Kush", and I got some, but it barely does anything. I also got some "Williams Wonder"- which I once grew in the 80's, and it was very nice! Fruity taste, and it gave those kind of head rushes where you close your eyes, put your head back, and hold on for the ride! If I ever go back to this place, it will be for "Williams Wonder".”
