Lost a day one customer today. You sold me a cartridge that doesn’t have any taste, and doesn’t get you high. A 1 gram Dab Society live resin cart that doesn’t work. No terps, no thc, and no returns. Apparently it has to be a leaker to be deemed “defective”. I know for a fact that Dab Society would take this return at no cost to the dispensary. Pure laziness kept them from helping me out. Yikes, good business ethics.

We cannot accept returns strictly off the basis that you did not like the product. That is our stores policy, and has nothing to do with "laziness" of any of our staff, it protects us from loss from fraud. We did offer you a 30% discount off anything you would like to purchase.
