I was surprised when I got home and weighed the 3.5 g of flower I just purchased, and it was a full gram light. I bought two different 1/8’s and noticed at home that one was way different than the other, so I went back and got a refund with no questions asked. My question is do you follow up with the employees that sold and weighed the products? If they’re wrong several times do you censor or remove them from selling to the public? I like your dispensary better than any others in Ardmore, and I’m not trying to dissuade future customers from visiting your store. Just curious after hearing the same story from others.
