“Part 2 to this story, So I walked in the next day to have the man behind the desk apologizing for what had happened, explaining that the way they close up shop is supposed to hold the door for a couple last minutes for those last minute customers. Anyway I told him no worries it wasn't his fault. but he went on anyway(amazing customer service skills) :) . The manager was so angry that proper customer service wasn't issued the way it was supposed to be he gave me a premium discount as a official apology. I can only explain happiness on my part as the staff went so far to make it right. Definitely not changing stores now, Attis all the way!”
