“I used to go to this location frequently last year, so when I returned to the area recently I decided to come in again. I visited twice within the past few weeks and have been very disappointed each time.
The customer service was poor, the clerks acted as if they were bothered by needing to stop their interactions to serve me. There was a lot of chatter among the staff and a lack of interest in my presence.
The second time I visited I bought a mixed 1/8 of two strains, both of which were awful. The strains were dry and had little to no effect on a physical or cerebral level. I shared with others who agreed about the poor quality.
The day after my visit I called the store to speak with a supervisor about my concerns. I was told twice by a slurring and disjointed staff member that the supervisor was too busy to speak to me.
I'm absolutely blown away by this terrible lack of quality and customer service. There are far too many dispensary options to waste my time on a place that puts no value on customer service.”
