I absolutely loved my first experience at Sira Naturals! The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Not to mention the great music they were playing. Their variety of flower and concentrates definitely made this my number one spot to by my medicine

So it a little bit of a travel not bad of a ride. The only thing that was difficult was parking other than that everything about this place is amazing

Great location and fair prices. They are usually sold out of a lot of their supply and there is no parking.

The gelato 33 made me vomit had to throw it out

Sira is my go to dispensary. Quality is always great. Shanea is my girl. Her customer service goes above and beyond. She's funny, makes you feel like family, knowledgeable, and quick. The guys are a bit slow I must say. However Sira's own cultivation with its own Chuck OG is the best out there. I refer patients all the time. I'm always hoping to get Shanea and this other woman who wears beanies Ha. Shout out to Sira Somerville!! I know everyone bitches about dispensary $$ Sira is worth it

Sira Somerville Sticky Sundae (by Heirloom): 5 Stars This is some of the best overall flower I have smoked in a while! Hands down my favorite of the three Sundae Driver Crosses that I have tried from Sira/Heirloom. The clear headed Sundae Driver meets the resin-oozing GG#4 to create this Indica-dominant delight. This pre-roll provided one of the most balanced head/body highs I have experienced. The GG#4 contributed a heavy euphoria and body buzz while not overpowering the lighter cerebral effects of the Sundae genetics! A great option for pain and anxiety, but be careful if you aren’t a regular consumer. This strain isn’t messing around!

not worth the time or money, especially with the 5 hole punch out deal. its no deal unless you can use the 5th star to buy two quarters of Nantucket naturals on the first visit. now, a half ounce of weed for ninety dollars on a first time visit is worth, but nit if it takes me five ti es to get it. sorry Bevis but sira doesn't rock.

Im a previous employee and had the experience of working with Max, Arabela and Kara today for a great experience. I have only previously worked with Arabela, Max was so informative with new products and strains for me and eased my anxiety as a first time patient. He was so knowledgeable he sold me on bubble hash that I swore I wouldn't pay at it's new high price but it fit my needs for pain. Kara and Arabela sped the experience comfortably so social distancing was occurring and sanitizer, gloves and masks were available because a lot of patients could be vulnerable and I found that fantastic. Purel was at every station, and they were separated from each other so I felt isolated from any other patient. Thank you Sira and staff working for serving patients during this pandemic, making sure that resources are available for your staff and patients as well as taking my anxiety away that I had about getting medicine. Thank you again Max!

out of all the dispensaries I’ve gone to this past year, this is the one I’ve been going to the most regularly. they are only the dispensary in the area with Bubble Hash and they always consistently offer a wide selection of flower. I don’t buy concentrates but their flower is really reasonably priced, when you combine their deals and discounts you can get the best prices around. I gave quality 3 stars only because I prefer the quality of Garden Remedies and NETA more but SN has them beat with price, variety of flower, convenience (especially with multiple locations) and staff. Please keep it up! And please bring back weekly deals on flower!

I got an 8th of SFVOG and had to trim it myself. Are you guys for real? 2 purchases in a row were complete trash. I'm done with your garbage.

As a regular patient I think Sira has great flowers. however for the first time I wasn’t happy with a strain and I was told I could return the unopened 1/8s. However when arriving I was ridiculed about my return. I didn’t appreciate the condescending tone I was given.

I’m pretty sure I won’t be the only one to feel this way but I was reading on the website how they took away “Strain if he week” and replaced it with “Deal of the week”. Which suck because people come in to buy flowers when they see strains of the week. We don’t want no diluted temp that barely ever works. I’m sorry but this is very upsetting. I come to guy for your flowers and because you guys have good deals on the flowers so this is heartbreaking

Only complaint is parking. Only one handicap spot out front and I use a wheelchair. On the weekends I come and an employee is always in that spot for the whole entire day. First time I came I sat in my car behind theirs and I waited almost 2 hours and I saw him come out and put something in the car then go right back down to work. I wish they could work with that employee to help him park somewhere so they are not taking the one and only handicap spot for the full weekend. It's gotta be costing you customers. Weekends are busy....I pity the people that use walkers or canes. But the Product is EXCELLENT! I've been happy with the quality across the board. I've tried almost all the flower and I like the variety. I'm worried that once recreational sales begin they might not be able to keep up with stock. Lately when I arrive things have run out. If you don't need that handicap spot I highly recommend this location.

So let's start with the positive. The customer service I received at this location was warm, friendly, and knowledgeable. If everything else about this place was good as well, I would go out of my way to shop here. That said, this is some of the worst product I have tried. I got two different vape carts. The budtender recommended I try one of their (more expensive) terp sauce cartridges. I paid $65 for the weakest cartridge I have ever purchased. I literally took 15 hits off the cart and was barely high. The other one I purchased was the cheaper option--$55. Ironically, the cheaper one was stronger but again, had to take like 15 hits to get high and the high lasted for about an hour or so. In general, carts from Apothca, NETA, Mayflower, Revolutionary usually get me high at 5 hits. And the high usually lasts at least 2 hours. Not sure what they are doing differently but they have no business charging more for substandard product. I also bought the "900 mg" tincture and really wonder who does their testing. I took them for their word and believed it was 3mg a drop but wouldn't you know it? My reg dose that I use once a week or so all of a sudden was way too weak and I needed twice as much as usual to feel the same effects. Now maybe this is all coincidence and these particular strains vibed with my system differently than expected. But what are the odds that this has happened to all 3 products I purchased from the same place? I really wish there was state mandated testing for THC quantities etc bc I suspect this dispensary is playing fast and loose with the underregulated market. Too bad! Enjoy my money-- you aren't getting any more of it.

I used to make a monthly trip but ever since the Prices went to $55 -$60 an 1/8 with very little lower priced flower it seems like a they are not considering the medical customers who can spend that much on a 1/8th. Out of all the Dispensarys I have been to Sira has raised the prices To the max.....really to bad. Check out Liberty in Summerville they have not raised the prices.

I've been to this dispensary a few times now and people are always helpful. It's easy to get to on the red line, and I have NOT found myself in a long line. A shout-out to Anthony! Thank you so much for recommending the Blueberry 1:1 terp. It is my favorite nighttime medicine. Tastes like a blueberry muffin and I was able to sleep without waking up tired. Great loyalty program. The only criticism I have is that space - sooo bright.

Have been to Sira many times and once again they have gone above and beyond in taking care of me. They have some special people working there that remember one story from one guy, that shows me they are special. Thank you.

I've always been treated well here, staff actually took the time to get to know me and my medical conditions. I've never had a problem with anyone who works here. They recently implemented a rewards program that saved me over $150 (spend $100, save $20 etc). With the rewards program my flower price per gram was insanely low, like lower than street price. They also have specials every week where you can get 1/4oz for $70. Again, they are great because their pricing is generally equivalent or lower than street price. Product quality has always been top notch. I focus on flowers generally, and their bud is always delicious. They use these little humidity packs so everything stays dank and doesn't dry out. The packs generally last for up to a few weeks after you buy so things stay fresh. The only thing I wouldn't buy from here is the cartridge vape battery. That thing stinks, just get a cartridge battery from Beyond Vape across the street.

Love this place it’s close to home and they have great product! Concentrates are top notch! I shop here weekly and have never been disappointed.

Absolutely horrible from beginning to end. Went to do curb side pick up waited 8 minutes then I went to go pay and they told me they don’t accept cannpay. I had cash they made an issue about me going in to pay cash when I got to the register it was a different amount. It was higher, they said due to the rounding process for curbside. I think their operation is pure jacked and lack of management in the proper ways.
