AYR Cannabis Dispensary - Union (Med)

AYR ruined Garden State Dispensary. Some of the brands they are selling were harvested almost a year ago! Prices are too high for the quality of their products. Some staff members are extremely rude which ruins it for the 3 nice employees! Security is lacking, ATM has a 5.99 service fee, medical patients are not a priority, THC levels are off on website and some strains no description of the product. Employee/customer confrontations at times, gossiping about customers, etc. Just go elsewhere and avoid this poorly run Dispensary.

They sold me a disposable that didn’t work and wouldn’t give me a refund or replace the product. They said I had to buy a new one!! Who does that? Horrible company and even worse products, never coming back again.

Both locations are clean, beautiful, classy, and don’t give off the sketchy vibe you sometimes get with dispensaries. The staff is amazingly helpful. Their product is incredible, especially their GMO Cookie — talk about a THC punch! I’m glad they can make cartridges now but wish the process for other concentrates were more readily available. Also I would love if GSD got some pre-rolls. More edibles would be amazing. Overall best dispensary + best product thus far. Oh — wish they would fix online ordering as that always ensured my order was expedited when I waked in.

my first time was a week ago, I ordered online, picked my pick up time and I was on the road I'm 45 mins away or so but I got there Parked waited outside for 5 minutes and I was in and out in under 15 minutes. the prices are nice and they have a big selection compared to my nearest dispensary

Staff is caring and efficient, wait times aren’t too long and the product is fantastic (both CBD and THC). Security on site are real cool and friendly too. My one gripe is, if anything, the online menu can be tricky at times for getting fresh drops. However, I see this working itself out in the future so I’m not tripping. For the Indica lovers looking for relaxation and/or pain relief, I highly recommend the Ice Cream Cake strain. It’s smooth hitting, with an exhale aftertaste of fruity pebbles cereal milk and a hint of chocolatey scooter crunch from well...the center of ice cream cakes! Shoutouts to GSD, keep up your hard work.

Union gets things done. the waits usually aren't very long, even when there's an occasional line. people are kind and informative. the bud is potent and relieving. this dispensary i can rely on.

Always a solid experience. For the most part usually in and out within 10 minutes. This past trip was a 2:40 appointment. Got in line around 2:35. Sat in car till about 3:20 before I received my medication. Just hope this is not the new norm with waiting considering it will be legal very soon

I love the people who work at this dispensary. Scott is a police officer at the facility and he is the most kindest, pleasant person. I feel that these people understand that there are sick people who depend on this medication and they have tremendous respect and compassion towards that. Great! This was my 2nd time to dispensary in the past few days after trying a few others in the past few months. Once you get the hang of when to schedule an appt and ordering your stuff it is super easy. Sometimes they don’t have a lot but do have a schedule of upcoming strain dates and you are sure to find something you like. I was very impressed with the appointment and ordering system. it makes it so you are guaranteed what you order for the next day. You have a time slot, shoot them a text that’s you have arrived and the goodies are brought right to your car, no long waiting. This has been my best experience. It’s also the closest place to me. I’m glad I gave them a try and will be back.

I love most of it. I'm new to this process; however, I am NOT new to smoking the sweet leaf. That said, the harvest date on a recent purchase was from 11/26/2019 and my purchase date was oi/16/2020. So my question would be is this amount of time from harvest date to purchase date the norm in the industry? The weed (PR) was GREAT but it was dry.

Can't get into website. Try calling nobody answers and nobody returns calls. Not worth the effort.

I’ve been going to both GSD locations for about 6 months, most often the Union location. I’ve enjoyed all the strains and am very happy with the selection as long as I am patient. They have two shortfalls in my opinion: some staff aren’t friendly and the online order system Is confusing. They need some facts on their website explaining the process. I’ve ordered online many times and each time I go for pickup I am told different things about needing to schedule an appointment for pickup or it being unnecessary. They need to communicate better and I suggest they dedicate one employee to handle all messaging/communication for both locations. I understand they are overwhelmed with patients but customer service must be paramount.

Love this place and have been to every dispensary in jersey. While some have better inventory and more variety available, GSD has really stepped it up recently with their strain selection and keeping the good shit in stock! Would never dream of going anywhere else on a regular basis.

Going there since day 1 of opening so seen it all, the people who complain about this place are also the ones who aren’t smart enough to wake up early to place an order to be held for up to two days, or the ones who simply can’t afford it. Will never go anywhere else now.

Staff is friendly and informative just wish they would refined online ordering for expediting other than that great service prices could be a little better and sales like other locations would be highly appreciated but again service and quality A1

I dropped by for the first time right around New Years and had a great first impression. The flower is amazing and pristinely cured, I’ve only had Jack Flash and OG Skylwalker from here so far - they’re both outstanding strains and help me out with my anxiety and insomnia. The Purple Romulan and OGK carts are so good for sleep, so I’m glad I got them. The staff is all very friendly and super cool, I look forward to stopping by again.

The people are friendly, the place is like a community of like-minded individuals who actually are kind and care about each other. I really like the place and I love the products that they put out as it medicinal does a lot of benefit.

I would like to see more flower as opposed to shake. I would also like to see more variety

This place is great! Friendly, courteous staff who are knowledgeable of their product. Convenient location and pick up service is the best! Only complaint (and I know it's just due to the still growing business) is variety. Limited strains and product types. The menu is updated regularly and in real time, but it's not good to run out of stock the same day. That will change I know.

G.S.D.- is the most laid back Dispensary I’ve been to. The employees are very official yet, calming & helpful. They are willing to offer suggestions to those who are experienced smokers, as well as those who have no idea what they’re looking for. Everyone should feel safe b/c there is an armed officer present from the second they open, till second they close; he’s very nice man

I order online. I just don't think that if i order online then why do i have to wait. I do understand first come first serve. I think there's a better way of serving online orders.

Great flower and staff overall! Slow moving at times. A 10min wait turned into a 35min wait. Wish they would let online orders get in and out...

Every time I visit Garden state in Union the wait is minimal if any at all, they allow you to preorder so you never miss out on your favorite bud and everyone there is so knowledgeable and eager to answer any question you may have. I rarely go anywhere else.
