“Great products. But, have had a terrible time getting their $99 Oz deals. Have now called TWICE before I came down to make sure they still had some in stock. Receptionist the 1st time said, "We sure do! Come on down!" Drove 45 minutes away, had to pay for parking, get in and they say, "Sorry, we're all out...have been since early this morning." Today, I decided I'll give Ballpark one more chance. Called before I drove 45 minutes to get there. Asked, "do you guys have any of the $99 Oz in stock?" Receptionist said, "Yes, we do. We have plenty True Berry left." I said, "For sure? Last time I drove all the way there and you guys were out of stock. Can you hold it until I arrive?" She says, "No worries...It's been really slow today. We'll have plenty in stock." Arrive, and yet AGAIN "Sorry... we're out of stock." I called before and drove 45 minutes away TWICE. That's ridiculous. No more $ from me! Will tell others to not shop there as well.”
