“I love BELMAR's new location; I happened across this store almost a year ago when I had an appointment in Bellevue, and they recently moved just a few doors down to a bigger spot. Ever since then, I drive about 25 minutes from Seattle to come to Belmar and see my favorite budtender, Matthias. Whenever I see him I know I'm getting exactly what I need, and he answers all my dumb questions. He's knowledgable about the product, very friendly, and worth the drive across town. You won't be sorry!”

It is far from our goal to make anyone feel unwelcome, or mistreated/cheated and I personally have already taken action on our end to prevent this in the future. As for the outdated menu, we have been dedicating lots of time to ensure our online menu and our Leafly menu are as accurate as possible, and have implemented daily updates to our menu in order to prevent experiences like you’ve had. We do offer Price Matching for any of the same product in different stores in the greater King County area, and would be more than happy to do so if you find the exact same product, for a different price. Your service was unacceptable, and I appreciate you reaching out to us with your concerns. We as a whole will use this information to enhance customers experience.
