Very small area. The workers are more in to their phones then talking to customers. Online window lady is very rude. The so called manager thinks he is better than everyone. Said they would give me my discount asked to see my agent card. Then said would give the discount. I paid and no discount applied. I asked why lady got rude and manager. And I was told to leave before I was banned. I won't be back to swade. They have turned so bad and so rude Everytime.

I went here frequently as a medical consumer and enjoyed it. Now that it's recreational the noise level in the cramped lobby is absurd, and so is the parking. Plus there's this annoying receptionist that does an impromptu survey about "what animal I would want to be?"
I'm just here to buy my stuff from a local dispensary and get out quickly without stress. It's no fun here anymore and the Google reviews are fluffed.

It takes at least twice as long to get checked in as every other dispensary. Why do you need to put in a ton of info every time I come in. Multiple photos of my ilID’s and 5 minutes of typing. Then if you have an online order it takes longer than if you don’t.

Anytime someone places an online order and have never been to that BesaMe location, we do first have to have the patient see reception and enter a little extra information and get some scans into your profile. Again, we apologize if this caused any sort of frustration or cost you more time.

1st time buying rec. use bud. Nowhere to park. Lobby overcrowded. Stood around 15 minutes before they called me back.
I was recommended Good Day bud. I was told 70 dollars. Got to the cashier - she told me 50. Got home and checked your website - 40.
So you can understand why I feel uneasy about spending my money here.
I will look somewhere else.

Been in a few times , not much for top shelf quality . Very very disappointed when I bought Bison gram , that was nothing but scriv and trash . Duff
