  • “So today was my second time coming to bloom. Just by luck my first time I came in I had a referral card for a free 1/8 of whatever I wanted and it was a Monday so it was shake it up Monday. So I was greeted with a smile from a guy who was gueninly nice and the lady up front was way cool too. She asked if I wanted the packets of their info. The wait was 45 mins from in the entering the door to seeing the medication. But hey who cares free 1/8. I got a shake bag of Katsu 3 gr for $27.08 after taxs. And the free 1/8 was doctor who which had a few seeds. Not a huge deal. Overal it was way better then I thought it would be. My second time was was way better in and out in 10 mins. Same guy opened the door for me. Got my meds and was gone. I got an 1/8 of pineapple express which knocked my socks off. So I'm very satisfied with the service and meds from this location. 9.0-10. Keep it up you guys. ”

  • “Sick of being scammed by this place and their below mediocre meds. Went in and there was 3 people waiting and I was in a hurry, so I used the "express service" where you just tell the attendant at the front the strain you want and then just pay. I asked for a quarter of the "jack herrer" which is my normal strain. Cost me $100. What I received was the brown frown and was not even real jack. Please remove this as it false advertising. Called and asked if they would returned as it was unopened and they said no. 100 down the drain, thanks bloom 😠 I'm not stupid, as it seems most of the card holders are here wasting money on this crap.will not return.”

  • “Phoenix wake up! Stop giving these poorly run and poor quality medication dispensaries your money. I have now been to Bloom 3 times and all of the times the med quality has been horrible. I am from Colorado and have years of experience in the industry. Bloom has some of the most over priced meds i have seen for the quality in town. Get it together guys.”

  • “my first trip to any club, and I was thoroughly impressed. the customer service from when I entered up until check out was awesome. the Dr was so helpful in helping me find the right medication, and it was awesome to see how knowledgeable she was about every thing. the facilities they have here are top notch and it's a truly comfortable feel from the moment you enter. Bloom will definitely be my first choice when it comes to my meds! the sugar cookies is straight fire!!!!! good location too. Peace and love ya'll ”

  • “It makes me sad to have to write this review but lately, Bloom Dispensary has not been providing quality medication. Bloom was mine and my husband's first and only dispensary for over the last year and unfortunately we will be looking for a new dispensary for our next purchase. In the past couple of months, staff and quality of medication have gone drastically down. The new black lady in particular was extremely rude to my husband and actually debated with him about how giving birth to a child is more painful than anything else. You need to teach your staff that they are working in the 'medical' field and discussing anything or making any statements that could be offensive, should never happen. My husband has had 23 surgeries and is in severe chronic pain constantly. The pain from having a baby, which is a happy beautiful moment, could never be compared to the pain that a person could be in, like my husband. This debate was unforgivable in our eyes and shows what kind of staff you are hiring to help 'patients' get medication from your dispensary. As for quality of your medication, it is unacceptable. I have found countless white premature seeds in your most expensive top shelf meds and now, everything smells under cured or like hay. This is supposed to be medication and we are supposed to be getting top shelf quality but Bloom has been falling short in every aspect lately. My husband and I have spent a lot of money at Bloom, but we cannot afford to pay for medication that isn't helping our pain due to poor quality. Bloom, please get it together, hire a better staff again, and provide quality medication like you claim to do. We will miss the original staff, Stephen and Juju were 2 of your best! Hopefully patients will read this and find it helpful, as well as the management in charge of running Bloom. ”
