“I used to visit bloom alot. in fact it was the only dispensary i wanted to go to. I love the atmosphere, the staff, and the daily deals they have going on!! Great prices, I only had one bad experience here where i bought an ounce and was supposed to get 40 free prerolls for a thanksgiving special. I was only given 30, and when i called and asked if i could come get the last 10, they said i could (this happened twice). i drove over, and both times i was told i could not have them. The second time i asked why and they said my limit was up and i could have them the next friday. I called that friday and was told they no longer had the prerolls they set aside for me in the safe. I was very upset and have not been back since. I will not say anything bad about bloom because i think they do wonderful business, i just believe this was a small mistake. ”
Briefouts, first let us address the pre-roll issue from last year. You are absolutely correct - we had an overwhelming response to our Happy Holiblaze promotion - one we severely underestimated. I was told right away about the free 1/8th I would receive even without a purchase. The staff was able to answer all my questions. The meds look and taste great.
