“Not satisfied enough to be a return customer.
My bud tender was the only personable being their.
The tuesday raffle... I saw people getting free prerolls and edibles of $20 values or higher... I got a "bowl saver" cheap rubber band of a $1 value, I will never use it, and I even said... I will never use this. I feel that shouldn't have even been inside the raffle box and should have been more of a free promo item like a free pen. One could say that's just the luck of the draw, but I say that was a waste of my time and gas to travel there.
Upon check out everyone around me was offered a free preroll if they donate $5... this was not offered to me and I had to ask for it....
My reciept said "declined educational meterial"... I was not offered any... And had I been offered I would have taken as much as could be provided.
Terrible experience, terrible service, good products, but I can find good product anywhere especially since my regular dispensary sells blooms tastebud brand edibles.
Will not return unless their is a super deal I can't pass up that's worth putting myself through that terrible experience again.”
Orin.flynn we are sorry to hear you disliked your experience at Bloom so much. Raffle Tuesday is a "raffle" so while we are sorry you don't like your Save-A-Bowl, every patient can't win the Free 1/8th either. As to the fundraiser, there is a sign on every counter, in every room. Every patient is eligible to participate once- and while we like our employees to ask each patient, it does not always happen due to time constraints, etc. As to the educational materials, that is truly not acceptable. As a new patient, you are supposed to be offered educational materials verbally by the receptionist. Those too, are on the counter in every room, but you should have been offered them as well, so please accept our apology on this as well as our gratitude for pointing it out. We are sorry you had such a "terrible" experience and are glad you have a regular dispensary that makes you happy to shop from. ALl the best to you.
