Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We certainly apologize if you were not recognized and treated with respect and dignity in our environment. Staff distractions happen on occasion, and it's inevitable that we fumble a customer service encounter. We shall forward your feedback to our entire crew as a reminder to be attentive.
Our staff can see clients from "the back," so it surprises us to hear that you weren't acknowledged immediately upon entering our premises -- especially on a 1/2 dozen occasions. We make every effort to make eye contact and to greet our guests graciously. We also do "busy work" at the front desk, so it's rare during a slow time to have crew members in the back at all. We have dismissed any irresponsible staff members ages ago, and have most of the same staff members on hand since we opened years ago.

HI bronat1. We try and have a great variety of everything for everybody. It drive's our Inventory Manager nuts to have to manage so many brands, products, and price points -- but that's our headache for your benefit.
Since we don't make our own extracts and buy them from licensed Processors whose production and testing costs have soared, our prices reflect that new reality. The HUSH extracts have been on promotion -- tax inclusive pricing -- since Feb 23 when White House Press Secretary Sean Spicer made comments about federal enforcement. We change our promotions from time to time, and now the HUSH extracts are $5 off each when 3 are purchased ($15 off total), or 15% off on Wax Wednesdays. We hope you understand that our costs and prices fluctuate. We try and have a tremendous variety of everything available; there are presently 3 dozen shatters on our shelves (more than what our Leafly menu reflects) from BHOmchelly's, Claywolf, Cultivated Industries, Dab Society, NW Kind, and Original Extracts.
