“Interesting little set-up they have going! I was visiting from out of town and i don't know if they were having an off day or what but everything my budtender was recommending me, they were out of. He also didn't seem too comfortable selling the product either. A lot of awkward looks back and forth and trying to find something else to try. Ended up leaving with only one gram of Grape Krush. I would recommend if you guys are out of something maybe put the sniff jars away. It was also weird how my budtender had to leave the counter every time to go check on the other side where the other two stations were and all the product. Seemed like a lot of wasted time for him to run back and forth. On the plus side he did give us 10% off for them being out of so much.”
Hi there, we're sorry to hear that you had a less than stellar experience when you came in. Like you said, it's a little set-up over here, which means sometimes we're cramped for space! Good news is we're working on a re-model for that shop so everyone has a little more elbow room. It sounds like you caught us on an off day as far as our stock goes and, unfortunately, that happens sometimes. “There are a very select few dispensaries in Bend, that 100% keeps me satisfied upon every visit, this is definitely one.
I rarely smoke flower anymore due to such a high tolerance, concentrates are far more efficient.
Literally every strain of flower I've purchased has been some of the strongest and most perfectly grown I've ever had.
Give em a visit, they kill it from concentrates to flower, and he crew are awesome as fuck.

Staff distractions happen on occasion, and it's inevitable that we fumble a customer service encounter. We shall forward your feedback to our entire crew as a reminder to be attentive.
Our staff can see clients from "the back," so it surprises us to hear that you weren't acknowledged immediately upon entering our premises -- especially on a 1/2 dozen occasions. We make every effort to make eye contact and to greet our guests graciously. We also do "busy work" at the front desk, so it's rare during a slow time to have crew members in the back at all. We have dismissed any irresponsible staff members ages ago, and have most of the same staff members on hand since we opened years ago.
