“Been having more and more bad experiences here lately, which is unfortunate as this place is usually one of my go-to dispos. The last 3 times I've been in, the budtender has tried to charge me sales tax despite my OMMP status. It's uncomfortable having to constantly correct someone on something that's really simple and that they should have down by now. Last visit: jar says $10, budtender says my total is $15. Hand them $15, scratching my head, and say, "why would the jar say $10 if it's $15?" He goes and gets me $2.50 change. I then had to speak up again to remind them that I'm exempt from the sales tax before finally getting my full $5 back. Same night, just prior, reeeally creepy, dirty guy hanging around back of shop approaches me immediately as I'm getting out of my car and tries to give me $20 so I can go in and buy bud on his behalf. BIG NO NO. Made me incredibly uncomfortable. Another customer and I both alerted the staff of this, and they proceeded to do...absolutely nothing about it. That just isn't safe Bloom Well! Shame to have to leave this review because I like the product they source so much. It's just getting to be a pain to have to deal with their staff.
Also, the flower prices are ridiculous. Upwards of $12/g for outdoor that doesn't even test well..? Robbery...”
Thank you tremendously Patient96 for bringing all of these matters to our attention. We have forwarded your review to our entire staff for discussion. Feedback is important to us -- positive and negative -- and we shall follow up with all our staff members to address your many concerns. We want all our patients to feel safe and comfortable, and to have an enjoyable experience every time they visit.
We work hard to develop relationships with indoor and outdoor gardeners from around the region and state -- and share the fruits of their labors with our guests. We do indeed have outdoor cannabis, which comes from a Clean Green Certified farm and that won cannabis competitions for quality (not test results) on the floor at $12/g. A quarter of that $12/g product costs $66 or $9.43/g. We also have sungrown flower on the shelf at $6, $7 and $8 a gram, again with breaks at 3.5g and 7g. So, hopefully, there's something for every budget; nobody should feel taken advantage of.
Our point of sale system should not be charging a tax for OMMP sales; please let the front desk know about the tax incidents so they can examine your account status. It's a matter of checking the correct boxes in our software system, or selecting the proper dropdown menus. Perhaps someone made an error when you were originally checked in. Again, we aspire to make our guests feel comfortable and appreciated -- not the opposite.

“This shop carries the widest variety of CBD strains with the least amount of THC out of any other dispensary in town! Being someone who doesn't like to feel "high" I really appreciate the fact that they carry so many strains with such low THC (less than 1%) I am loyal to this shop and will forever love them because of it!!!”
“Was my first time going to this Dispensary was very nice and good meds the only weird part was they had different sections for flower and concentrate so before you walked walked in you got to tell them if you were there for flower or concentrate which I think is none of their business didn't get anything for free and for being an OMMP member I would have thought I would have got something but I didn't my friend just when yesterday and he was a first time patient and he got a free pipe I had to travel pretty far just to go over there what a waste”
Our staff member was likely trying to expedite your experience, by asking if you were seeking bud or extracts, or both. They were not likely trying to invade your privacy, rather get you checked into the best spot for you sooner. At the time of your visit, we did indeed have different workstations -- our attempt to better serve clients -- and we had a dedicated OMMP station. Now we have all products available at all stations.
And as far as you not receiving a free gift as a new clients, well mistakes do happen, and we would be happy to honor you with a new client promo, should you be willing to come in again. Sorry you weren't made to feel special. Our goof up.
