“Was my first time going to this Dispensary was very nice and good meds the only weird part was they had different sections for flower and concentrate so before you walked walked in you got to tell them if you were there for flower or concentrate which I think is none of their business didn't get anything for free and for being an OMMP member I would have thought I would have got something but I didn't my friend just when yesterday and he was a first time patient and he got a free pipe I had to travel pretty far just to go over there what a waste”
Our staff member was likely trying to expedite your experience, by asking if you were seeking bud or extracts, or both. They were not likely trying to invade your privacy, rather get you checked into the best spot for you sooner. At the time of your visit, we did indeed have different workstations -- our attempt to better serve clients -- and we had a dedicated OMMP station. Now we have all products available at all stations.
And as far as you not receiving a free gift as a new clients, well mistakes do happen, and we would be happy to honor you with a new client promo, should you be willing to come in again. Sorry you weren't made to feel special. Our goof up.

“This appears to be a nice place and the menu looks like a very nice selection. Unfortunately, they want to record too much personal info. By state regulations all that is needed is DOB, amount sold and what was sold. Unfortunately, they want name as well and many of us do not want to be put into a database for various reasons. Hopefully, they will update their policies.”
“pretty chill spot. I never venture out of my top dispensaries but decided to give this one a try. was checked in and taken to the back quickly for a mid satuday. Was presented with a variety of different strains, and overall was veryyy happg with my choice. Def will be coming back to try new strains.”

“I really appreciated their showcase setup. It is easy to view the products and the staff are very friendly and seem to know their products fairly well.
However I do have a negative note and this is not reflected on the dispensary or operation. I recently bought Trainwreck from 3 different dispensaries in Bend. It had to all come from the same grower. No floral flavor which is trademark to the strain. Very low potency. It tasted like stale hay and I think the dispensaries got the short end of the stick on this batch that was sold in the area in February.”
“We've been here several times. The quality of flower is on par with every where else, and there is a sizable selection. We love that they always have prerolls! The only downside really is the service. It is hit and miss. Jared is an awesome Budtender; he is knowledgeable, personable and funny. Every other interaction with the staff has left us with a bad taste in our mouths. We go for Jared and joints!”
