“I'm not going to go into to much detail about specifics, so I will try and keep this somewhat brief:
-The service was top notch for first time buyer. SUPER discrete packaging/comfortable process, awesome HUMAN customer service, and literally 2 days from order being processed you get your meds.
(I ordered a Thursday night at 11am, order was filed Friday morning and sent out same day. Package came Monday AM. Canada post doesn't work weekends remember! )
-I got 6 different strains, all just like the pics shown, and quality really is top notch!
-after doing research found they have some of the cheapest prices/shipping unless you go to one of those sketchy sites. over $99 free shipping is a big freaking deal seeing how the next cheapest one I found was cannabismo for over $200 free shipping.
-Plus free gram is always nice.
-That they label what strain the free gram is. I found no product name on my bottle.
-that they start selling variety packs, where a customer can try multiple strains at once.”
“I want to rectifiate my last comment with a more positive one. Now that I understand what happened I believe this is a great store. They have amazing kind of weed, good description, fast shipping and they will answer you if you have any problem with your order.”
“Ordered a week ago, 3 days later, they send me a reimbursement notice, and claimed that there have been some delivery issues resting with Canada Post. They asked to put in another order with the same amount...Guess what, they did it again, and 2 days later, nothing sent out (just the Canada Post tracking number, where you can read on their website "Electronic information submitted by shipper" for days, with no updates). I did not receive any reimbursement notice this time yet, just the same copy past answers as for their first screwup like this one: "What we've been finding is that sometimes Canada Post takes some time to update their system for some reason. Rest assured that your shipment was sent out on the day that we printed the label." If it was the case, 1-I should receive it days ago and 2-You did not have to cancel the order only 3 days later, I never requested it.
Chat support is very fast, kind and polite people works there, but unhelpful when you have a problem similar to mine, they will just tell you exactly what you want to hear, the copy past way.
It's a frustrating experience, a big waste of time, I hope that the order will arrive one day, but I don't expect it any more.”
