“I really used this site based on other reviews i saw online and i am really disappointed to be honest ... my package was lost and i have sent a couple emails, and spoke with someone on their online chat and still haven't got a straight answer... I would just like to be acknowledged and assured that someone there will help me. Instead of opting for a replacement package I am requesting a refund. Hi Natasha, some customers had some issues on June the 12th resting with Canada Post and no delivery. It sounds like you may be one of the unlucky ones that will unfortunately be inconvenienced by this but please rest assured that we will ship your replacement package immediately. Please just go ahead and put through another order through your account for the same amount as you previously put. If the amount is up to $5 more because of out of stock replacements, don't worry about sending the difference and if your new total is less than the original amount, we will see that and we will credit your account accordingly. After you've put your order through just go to our website and let our live chat representatives know that you've done so. That way, we can go ahead and mark your new order "Ready to ship" Once received, your order will be processed and shipped out usually the same business day if received early enough in the day. “1.) I purchased an ounce of OG Bubba Kush, it came in two half-ounce containers....one seemed better than the other. It was rated AAA, which is about where I'd put it also.
2.) The live chat option takes way too long. It took me over an hour to order one ounce. The "chatters" consistently take over 4 minutes to respond to each query. If I would've ignored the pop-up chats (which I would recommend that everyone do) it would have taken about ten minutes to sign up for an account, and place the order.
3.) Although I thought the service was lacking, overall it was an easy and successful process, and the product was delivered on the third business day as stated. It definitely is better than the black market, and the prices are comparable. Not to mention that out of the entire ounce I only ended up with about a half gram of stalk. I would recommend this company to a friend, but I would suggest they not use the live chat.”
“It was great until this month of june shipping problems happened still waiting on my item that i ordered on june 12th still not shipped they told me to go ahead and put in a replacement order which i did still no news and still not shipped after 10 days... very slow and very bad customer service its starting to be very very sketchy i dont think ill ever recommend this place to anybody”
