  • “Waiting for an order since June 6th. Been trying to deal with customer service daily. Will not be using these guys again! This was my last message to them yesterday which took over three hours to get a response back. So now I've been shipped two orders,both of which have not shown up to me and the last one has been sitting in the BC post office where they dropped it off on June 14th. Poor customer service is an understatement! !! Glad there is more than one online dispenser other than buymyweedonline.ca. If BMWO sees this ,how about you do some leg work regarding these issues. Hello. I am once again contacting you with regards to order  #66719, can you see why this has not been delivered to me . This is getting beyond frustrating”

    Hi Glen, Could you please email me at rina.buymyweedonline.ca and I will be happy to help you out regarding this issue. It has come to our attention that there has been some delivery issues resting with Canada Post for some customers on the week of June the 12th. It sounds like you may be one of the unlucky ones that will unfortunately be inconvenienced by this but please rest assured that we will ship your replacement package immediately. Please just go ahead and put through another order through your account for the same amount as you previously put. If the amount is up to $5 more, don't worry about sending the difference and if your new total is less than the original amount, we will see that and we will credit your account accordingly. After you've put your order through just go to our website and let our live chat representatives know that you've done so. That way, we can go ahead and mark your new order "Ready to ship" Once received, your order will be processed and shipped out usually the same business day if received early enough in the day. We apologize for the postal issues and have taken steps with Canada Post to correct the issue and make sure this doesn't happen again. Mail order is certainly not a perfect process but we appreciate your patience and business and are taking responsibility for this issue.   • “Many pluses with BMWO! The products are graded (** to *****) & priced accordingly. There is some good cannabis to be had with the ** & *** products - great for variety & budget. Minimum order is $50. But spend $99+ and get free shipping. And a free gram. Excellent. The website has a great inventory feature, so it shows if a product is In Stock or if supply is dwindling (90 grams left countdown). No unwanted substitutions. Great packaging. Excellent products. Most of my orders have been flawless. Only real problem has been communication. Definitely use the chat feature on their website. (Their ticket system should be ignored - it is useless. Email response is often very slow. Use the chat.)”

  • “I've been using BMWO for several months now and have had nothing but a great experience. From small quantities of fresh good quality ganja to large, I never had one bad experience (per say). The only time was when Canada Post lost packages and they quickly credited me with another order equal to the amount they lost! Fantastic service, speedy delivery. I love 2017!”

  • “I made my first order on June 13th. We are now on the 19th and no news of the package. Customer support is unnecessary. She's just telling me to wait. For a person who needs cannabis for a medical reason it is really disturbing. For fast delivery or return. As for the online service, when it comes to ordering, they are always there to answer, however when we have a problem person answers us even after 45min wait. I advise you to do business with another dispensary. One if not one is promise. In addition I would cancel the transaction, be reimbursed to order elsewhere and again the no answer. I'm really not happy”

  • “Not the best quality even if you do buy AAAAA strain. Plus, they think they are doing you a favour if your package gets "lost in the mail" and they will send out a one time replacement package "free of charge". Well I would hope it gets sent out after spending over $100 or you're just stealing from people. I have ordered from elsewhere and never had this issue.”
