“BMWO has lost a customer. I would recommend nobody shop here. I know that I will not in the future.
I placed an order for nearly $400 mid June. This was not my first time ordering from here. I NEEDED this to arrive on time as i was heading to montreal for a week and needed my supply while I was there since I dont know anyone in the city.
My package never arrived.
I emailed the email address listed on their website (firstname.lastname@example.org) three seperate times about this over the course of the week and am still yet to get a response. I had to come here last night and see responses to other negative reviews from "Rina" to find out that apparently a bunch of packages got lost mid june.
A) this seems like critical information that ALL customers should be informed of immediately on the front page of your website AND through an email blast, and
B) what kind of mickey mouse operation doesnt monitor their MAIN FUCKING INBOX???
So now I had to go on my trip with no green and the stress of being out $400 with no explanation as to what the hell happened. AND NO FUCKING GREEN.
All this coupled with other practices I find shady (marketing bud as 5A grade when there are literally pictures showing it as 4A, constantly creating new email addresses to send e-transfers to) have convinced me that BMWO is not a reliable or well-run business and I want nothing further to do with them. I wil not be placing any further orders with them and will be telling all my friends that I recommended this business to to find somewhere else to get their fix.”
We are addressing each and every email through our internal support system as well but yes as you've noticed some customers had some issues on June the 12th resting with Canada Post and no delivery. Rest assured that we will ship your replacement package immediately. Please just go ahead and put through another order through your account for the same amount as you previously put. If the amount is up to $5 more because of out of stock replacements, don't worry about sending the difference and if your new total is less than the original amount, we will see that and we will credit your account accordingly. After you've put your order through just go to our website and let our live chat representatives know that you've done so. That way, we can go ahead and mark your new order "Ready to ship". Once received, your order will be processed and shipped out usually the same business day if received early enough in the day. We apologize for the postal issues and have taken steps with Canada Post to correct the issue and make sure this doesn't happen again. Mail order is certainly not a perfect process but we appreciate your patience and business and are taking responsibility for this issue. Rest assured we will do everything in our power to make this right and to make sure your package is received. In regards to marketing 5a grades and 4a grades, every strain that we get in gets graded depending on quality. We have sold multiple strains with the same genetics (strain names) but with different grades. In regards to payment emails changing, we create new payment emails to accept payments because Interac has maximums set on how many payments you can receive per email address unfortunately.

“I really want to like these guys but I have been trying since June 13 to get just one thing that worked out. I ordered June 13. My package got lost in the mail. They said to order again and even offered a $5.00 credit to compensate. They had nothing left from what I originally wanted so I chose 2 different things but the total worked out to $7.00 more for me to pay. I'm fine with that except I tried to find out how to proceed so that my order was finally sent. And then everything went silent. So as of today the 27th of June/17 I have no order. I'm out $106.00 and no one is responding to my concerns and I have left about 12 messages over the last several days...including the one where I finally ask for a refund because now I am very nervous to deal with them. I don't think anyone can blame me for that. I am still very happy to work with them because they have such a good reputation but I need to hear from someone. Hope no one else has this experience because the order I originally placed on June 13 was to contain my meds for sleeping. It's the 27th now and I need to sleep. :(”
