“Made a first order was perfect. After a second order it disappeared. They blamed it on Canada post. Then after like 2 weeks they say to make a new order for free I get. Agape pen that was defective. They want me to pay to ship it back. With postage and insurance it's 26$ to ship back. They wouldn't pay for it. Big waste of time. Don't use this company. I threw the pen in the trash. ”

This place can't handle the demand, blames the post office, constantly says sorry, but still does not get your product off in a very orderly fashion. I strongly suggest not using this service. Too easy for them to just ignore you after accepting email payment. I would NOT use this service until they accept credit cards. At least you will have some protection then.
