“Very pretty, yet incredibly expensive bud.
Moving on to my experience.
You physically wrote down my drivers license number, and my name which is not required for a rec purchase. A complete violation of my privacy, why would you do that - do you not understand the requirements in place for rec sales?. And a physical hand-written log? So slow - it took way to long to get checked in.
You have two prices on your menu, med and rec, then charge rec tax on top of that price. It really should be included if you are going with the two tier pricing. Or same price for med and rec, and rec has the added tax. Especially for what your charging.
Before I came in I thought you were a med focused shop. I know know you are not - as you have almost no edibles and no concentrates. Which is crazy. I know you do clean green and all that, but what does Green Bodhi do with his trim? Why not process in house? Solvent-less rosin tech if you want to be fancy perhaps?
Then I asked if you primarily sold to rec or med, being that I really don't know too many med patients that still smoke flower. You answered with about 80% of your business is rec, which makes total sense since you don't offer edibles or concentrates.
But you still charge you rec customers more, when they are your main business? Am I subsidizing med patients, because I'm not ok with that. Or am I just being charged more because you think you can get away with it? I'm not ok with that either.
If rec is 80% of you business, please operate like it and don't treat them like second-class-citizens.
As a rec customer I greatly appreciate the shops that come up with creative promotions that work within the framework of the law. Like a punch card with a $.01 half-gram after your 10th visit. Or something along those lines.
I left your shop feeling taken advantage of financially, and feel like my personal info was compromised.
Regardless of the quality of the flower, I cannot recommend your shop and won't be returning until you figure out how to better serve you primary customer group, rec customers.”
