Staff deserve to be egged with rotten ostrich eggs haha jk sort of. They live in a land of childlike preppy make believe where they allow a customer to purchase what, say 50 cans in a 7 month period and then suddenly ban them for violent and sexual comments (although aforementioned customer has zero complaints of this sort of behaviour....at any store ever in history of their life)
Their price matching is the best part of the store. Selection is ok, but not nearly as fresh as some of the others. I think canna cabana stays on the low low end of prices from buying older stock at a discounted rate
As for service, it’s ok. No one there knows even half of what I know about Rec LP retail. Not even their management. They have contradictory explanations between employees(went in for a receipt price match I was told 3 times was valid to show up twice and first time, girl couldn’t run the till for the discount (didn’t know how).
Another time they did step up and give me a cool Schwag bag. But that was because they quoted me a product at 18.9% thc that turned out to be 11%thc.
Then the long haired kid gave me freshly baked the day after I had just bought freshly there and asked for early.
And the area manager in response to my emails told me I return cans just “because I don’t like them”. I’ve returned 2 cans. RIFF subway scientist. And Tantalus labs orange crasher. Read up on both strains histories from these growers and you’ll find some resounding similarities. Shii burn. Tastes fuzzy and grassy. Has mildew and mold. Yep. More than just myself have lodged complaints there. I mean, it’s RIFF and Tantalus(especially). Both of them are some of the Wackest excuse for LP growers I’ve seen. But this is probably news for y’all bare minimum cashiers. Adult land is about talking through things that offend or bother you. Not running like a lil baby and then deflecting any and every part of that interaction. How soft.
