“ First impressions were alright, place was clean and set up took less than ten minutes. I was disappointed with the very limited flower selection. They had nothing above 20%thc. They offered no discount for purchasing a half ounce and even charged tax! Last time I checked when I pay tax I get a receipt. The bud is not in plain view, infact it’s kept in coloured jars that you can’t even see thru.. I don’t get it ?? Just a very underwhelming dispensary in this great city.”
“New to the scene, for medical stuff. The people who work here are SUPER friendly and really eager to help, I asked a bazillion questions and the gentleman who helped me out was great in every way. I also LOVE that they have an ATM on site, it makes for a much more convenient errand to stop by. They had exactly what I was after.
***THE ONLY THING THEY COULD DO BETTER, BASED ON MY FIRST VISIT THERE:*** It doesn't make sense to me that when it comes to flower, when you buy more, it gets less $. They really need to do the same things with the Cannacaps. So if a person buys enough for the month, once they hit higher increments, they get a BIT of a deal. So instead of only selling them individually, I feel they should also have 15 for $x-amount, 30 caps for $x-amount, and so forth (for those who prefer not to smoke, or not smoke often). Since they don't offer a "loyalty" program so to speak - as some places do - this would make a lot of sense and be a little more fair price-wise.
If they fix this element, I'd be a weekly customer for my meds, or buy enough for the month, etc. I will be looking for another dispensary that either has better prices for bulk before returning here (it's a great place, but those are too expensive for people who need them daily for pain). If they do something about this pricing, I literally will never have a reason to go anywhere else.
Last note - it was a little much in terms of noise; the music was CRANKED and some of the employees were basically screaming to hear each other... everyone was nice, but that took away from the atmosphere a lot. I felt really on edge in there as a result. But once I moved over to the line area it was a little bit better (the employees there were much less... shrill. Hehe!) This doesn't take away from my feeling that everyone was super knowledgeable and friendly/welcoming though!
Hope this helps!”
