They have a staff member accompany each customer to answer any questions and to serve whatever needs you may have on an individual basis which I've never experienced before at other places to this extent. “I drove 35 min to Cannadaddy's for my first time for the 24 days of Budmas special they had. *Buy a 50$ quarter of yerba buena flower get 4 pre-rolls 1$ each and the swag bag they had available .When i arrived I wanted the papaya or blueberry cookies , when they rang up my blueberry Cookies quarter the bud tender then goes and gets the manager walks up and then tells me neither the papaya nor the blueberry cookies were included in the deal and just walks away ,leaves the budtender with me to discuss spending full price and not getting the swag bag or the discount which was about 90$ for the quarter and joints alone. I purchased an 8th and left quietly ”
We're sorry for your less-than-stellar experience here. The special should have read "House Choice" on the flower. Those two were the only that weren't included in the deal. Is there something that we can do to make this right for you?
Thanks for the review -- we appreciate you! Can you expand a little on the phone answering? Often times they're multitasking up front checking people in, answering phones and questions for people at the same time. The best info. will come from the actual budtenders themselves when you're on the sales floor.
