That changed with the start of recreational. Prices increased, they don't seem to know about forecasting and scheduling staff so there's always a wait, and the staff got kinda rude. So I stopped going. I went back last night for the first time. The guy actually made me cry. I just got done with chemo and needed an edible and a gram. The guy told me it was $24. I asked why, he had given me top shelf without telling me, was charging me $2 for a bag everyone else gives for free or a $1 and their squibs are $12 when they are $10-11 everywhere else. I went and got more money, then the guy started lecturing me on how pot works, and their shelf system. When I explained it felt uncomfortable he got shitty. Here's the thing, if your prices are higher but your customer service us excellent I can overlook the increase, but there's isn't. I felt rushed and like it was inconvenient for me to ask questions. I strongly suggest they hire someone with retail experience so it's not a hassle for customers. I won't go back, and will be sharing my experience with my fellow cancer patients.”
