The bartenders here are top-notch experts. Most of them have been here for years and years. The selection of dabs in flower is great as well, and they have a ton of cartridges. Unfortunately, they have a pretty weak topical selection, and most of their edibles are a crappy house brand. The budtenders are always friendly faces, but I have noticed more than once that managers are not usually around when I have asked. There are only like one or two employees I would avoid here, and you'll be able to tell which ones they are!

Went in on 1/23/2020 after work and had an amazing experience, the budtender Jose was very knowledgeable, helpful and gave wonderful service. All the employees at this location are amazing and they are definitely my go to location above all!

Ashley was incredibly helpful in finding the right choice of oil and flower for me. I’ve always strictly smoked flower but lately I’ve been liking oil. She carefully explained the difference in live resin and distilled and cured without making me feel embarrassed or dumb. Very polite, very knowledgeable, zero wait time and many options to choose from, low stress environment. Would recommend to any indecisive smoker like me, or new or experienced smoker.

I would like to thank Jose G. he was very informative and extremely knowledgeable with the products inside the store. He found and matched the perfect remedy to help with my sleep and my back. Yall have a great employee. So thanks again Jose its apparent you're a asset to this company. My wife and I will continue to come back to this dispensary because of Jose and the other employees there we have never been dissatisfied by the service everyone there is very helpful and kind.

5 star everything. This is my go to dispensery. They always stock good dabs and good flower. They also sell lots of cool water pipes at a great price!

Ugh, where to start? This is my neighborhood dispensary, and it's nice to have a dispensary within .5 miles of walking. The staff is usually nice. Those are the pros. Now, I have been to this dispensary probably a dozen+ times. I usually come in every two weeks to buy an ounce and an oil cartridge. I am the type of buyer that looks at the menu before coming in so I know what I want and can be in-and-out providing a healthy tip to the budtender. They have changed to a prepackaged dispensary months ago, but the process is still rudimentary. The last six weeks (last three visits), have been abysmal. One visit, I went in and got an O of Lemon Skunk. The staff had to run around to find an O. I ordered an O because it was listed on the menu as being available. What happened is that they grabbed 28 single grams that have been prepackaged. Then I had to wait for them to smpty the 28g into an O bag. After all that, they still gave me the empty 28 single gram bottles to dispose of. Total time of visit: about 20 times. Second recent visit, thought I'd be prepared and have a backup choice for flower and oil. They were out of my first and second choice of flowr. My third choice was a flower that they only had 28 single gram prepackaged, and had to put in an O bag. Instead of wasting any more time, I decided to just grabbed an O of Amnesia Haze because that was already packaged (and I'm not a sativa guy....).Then I ordered oil, and they were out of what I wanted. Had to choose something else. Total time: about 20 minutes. Now, I visited today. Made a list of 3 choices of flower and 3 choices of oil (based on their Leafly menu), and they were completely out of my first choice, and didn't have enough of my second and third choices for an O. I just walked out. Didn't even care about buying anything because it has become an inefficient process for me. What is the purpose of using a menu if it's not updated? What's the purpose of listing flower you're totally out of (lemon skunk), and the display was still up for this strain? I've decided to take my business elsewhere, and go out of my way to a shop that I can rely on when it comes to their inventory and their posting of the menu. I can't believe it would be that hard to update your leafly menu daily. Why have tablets in the lobby to search your Leafly menu if it's so inaccurate? I've also had experiences with unprofessional staff yelling across the floor to each other, talking inappropriately about women, etc. Lastly, I saw a comment about price issues. I can note, I have bought a budget ounce and Harle-Tsu oil cartridge on two separate visits, and the price was completely different. I think the first time was $170 something, and the second was $186 (and that includes a discount that was given for having to wait so long).

I called today 3/28 to verify the store was open and to verify the 2 products I wanted were in stock. Was told yes. Headed over, when I got to the window was told one of the cartridges were sold out and HAD BEEN. When I told the NICE guy helping me that it was listed on the Leafly, he double checked with the RUDE ASS LADY working the computer and she made seriously rude comments about how she’s one person and people need to be patient and call first. First off, I DID CALL. Secondly, her tone and lack of professionalism was completely uncalled for. I used to manage a dispensary so I COMPLETELY understand how things happen, and I also understand we’re navigating through this damn corona virus. But this rude ass lady and her complete rude tone is why I will NEVER return. I’ve know Brad for years and it’s a HUGE disappointment that he allows his staff to talk to people like that.

Gone in a couple times for oil. they have a large selection with all the medical and recreational prices listed clearly. The staff isnt pushy. they just let you browse and let them know when your ready. place is super clean. Also zero wait time granted I dont go in at 7 on a Friday

Canna Daddy's is easily the best dispensary I've been to in the Portland area. All the budtenders are helpful and engaging. It's a bit more out of the way for me, but I always go here anyway. I highly recommend it to anyone, especially if they're new to cannabis.

Usually never a wait here, huge range of products but what really sets CannaDaddys above other shops in Portland is their staff. Expert recommendations from super friendly personable budtenders, weekly specials and great holiday deals !

The date is October 28th 2020 around 3:30 pm. A veteran employee, female, with the long hair, has constantly given me bad service. And today, after making me wait 20 minutes with the two new, lost, employees, she finally came back, mouthy and rude. I shop here alot and she is the only one who is consistently giving bad service. You guys are great, but I can't stand people who are disrespectful and don't care about the customers or giving good service.
