“My visit was very pleasant but I did experience a few negatives that I feel should me mentioned. When I went in I had a list of different strains of concentrate's I was interested in and so as the very enthusiastic girl behind the counter helped grab the different ones as I said them and although they didn't have my favorite one on the list (FireOG) even tho it's still listed on the online menu, I was still very happy with everything and she made some other recommendations that I went with instead. Now this is kinda where it got irritating starting with me going back a few days later to grab a few grams of the Cactus bud there, but once again they didn't have it even though it was still on the online menu. The two young guys behind the counter tried helping me but you could tell they were a little to medicated to really help me because they didn't really listen to things I said like CBD strains not really working for me and that I was looking for something in the kush or OG family and that I had only $20. So one guy grabs some rso and tells me bout it so I said yes to it, turns out it's $25, so no help once again. Then he takes out some 9lb hammer to which I said "what's the genetics on it" to which he said "what do you mean?" So of course I was a little surprised to hear him say something like that when a budtender should know exactly what that means. He had to look it up on Leafly of course then which was no biggie, but I mean I can do that myself ya know haha so I started to kinda get a lil irritated and was saying again that I like kush's and so the guy hen grabs out some blue dynamite and says it's a fav of his and works good so I took it and got out of there before looking at the package at my hotel that says it's 14% THC and 42% CBD... so my frustration level grew some more. Then when I finally made it back to my hometown 2 states over I take my concentrates out and find that my Bay dream is missing over half a gram... so I called them up and let a manager know to which he said he would give me a 25% discount for whenever I can make it back over there. So I was a lil unhappy bout it and then as I'm looking over there menu yesterday I see that there are different prices for the same strain which obviously means different company's producing them but I didn't know this at the time when purchasing and wasn't made known of that either. So I look at the sad .4 gram of bay dream I was so happy bout getting and see that it's not even the better one that I wanted that costed a tad more and tested higher way higher which matters for a guy like me with a huge tolerance. With all that said I really do like these guys and feel they are the best dispensary in Spokane and gonna chalk this up to just a bad coincidence and give em another try down the road when I can see them again”
