There really isn't an opportunity to speak with a bud tenders and ask questions, it's a place you go if you know what you want or don't care what you are getting.. With all the different types and strains, I like to be able to talk to someone and get opinions and not feel like I'm holding up the line. ”

“This was my first time, I walked in and my boyfriend and I gave the lady at the front desk our ID's, we sat there for a few minutes as she gave us a dirty look since we didn't tell her it was our first time in. After checking us in, she gave us a rundown of where everything was. We walk in, (I had called a few hours earlier asking about a product I was mainly coming in about) I could not find it while walking around in the room. However, I did stand in the long line waiting to be helped, as I got closer to the budtending station, I saw somewhat of the product I called in for. Wasn't exactly what I wanted but I still purchased it. By the time I was done buying what I needed, I felt overwhelmed. Let alone, going through the same door to leave with a crowd full of people waiting to be checked in. The place is confusing unless you go there often, the line and wait time to be checked in is terrible. I will never come here again, and I will not recommend to a friend. Also, not so friendly staff. I've been to better ”
Thanks for the review! We are sorry to hear that you had an unfavorable experience with us on your first visit. We are often extremely busy because of our pristine location and the wait time to be checked out can be 30 minutes or more. In response to not being able to find some of the product you came in for, we legally have to keep everything containing THC locked away/behind the bud tending counter (excluding the flower on display.) We opened as a medical dispensary in April of 2015 and never expected it to be this busy once October 1, 2015 hit. With that said, we are working on a different set up that allows our customers to view more of our product without feeling overwhelmed. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience, and we hope that you reconsider visiting us and/or recommending us to your friends.
We legally have to add 25% tax to every transaction.. we have several signs around the store with both prices before AND after tax prices. We also have a disclaimer on our leafly page so that those coming in are aware that there is tax added to the price. Sorry for the confusion.
