“Been here about a dozen times. VERY small selection. Buds are average, nothing to talk about. Service is good. The competitors in the area have the same quality buds at a better price and better quality buds at the same price. I would avoid this place until they can get a product that is on par with the quality and price of the other shops in the area.”
“I've been going here for a few months now. 10+ visits. Today I got sub par service for the first time. I go into the back and no one says a word to me as the two girls behind the counter were talking, no big deal. What got me miffed was the dude behind me comes back, is greeted and helped. At this point I was annoyed as all hell. I was all ready to give them a bad review for service and never go back until I realized I was so annoyed because this was not was I used to here. I typically receive nothing short of stellar customer service. Once I was helped, service was good. Very helpful to set me up with the right flower for me and I got big nugs witch I have a strong preference for.
“The place is always kept in great condition, the staff are amazing and remember my name before having to pull up my information, their selection is always great. It feels like I'm checking up with my mates every time I go in and have our brief chats while purchasing my flowers. I'm really glad that it's the closest dispensary to my apartment. Good job, y'all.”
“First time in since recreational sales started, this dispensary has opted not to clearly Mark out lines. So as a medical patient you walk in, get in line with everyone else and then watch other medical patients come in, and walk to the front counter. no one asks anything as you enter, nothing is marked you should just know. Oddly when you ask what just happened they smile and say medical. When you point out that you're also medical and have been waiting in line they say "i guess you're next". Guess again... I will not shop here again until they get organized.”
