“My first visit was unfortunately unpleasant. After the budtender filled my Blue Dream order, I found the ATM non-functional. The budtender apologized and said that it had been unreliable as of late.
He suggested I go to another ATM nearby, which I did after being assured that when I got back I would be able to just come back in, pay and leave with my purchase by both the budtender, front desk receptionist and security personnel. (He held on to my personal shopping bag while I ran to the ATM)
Nothing they said could have been further from the truth.
When I returned less than 3 minutes later, I thanked the guard and receptionist and went to complete my transaction when the receptionist said "Hey STOP him!" - which the guard did by sidestepping in front of the door. I asked if I had done something wrong and was told I'd have to wait in a very long line.
When i picked my jaw up off the floor and asked what the hell was going on, another person came out from the area behind the desk and informed me - very politely - that this was the policy and apologized.
I accepted her apology and said between the broken ATM and the misleading statements, I would take my business somewhere else. When I asked for my bag the young lady pointed to the door leading to the budtender area and stated that the guard had placed it in there and that I would need to wait until the guard returned to retrieve it.
This is obviously unacceptable on so many levels.
By the time the guard returned, I was almost next to finish my purchase. (Which I had watched the budtender place into a container before I even left to go to the ATM) So I simply waited the extra 15 minutes, got my bag and paid for my 7 grams and as I was leaving, very politely informed the receptionist of the entire situation and my intentions to not return and share my experience with others in the community. She was very nice, but unapologetic.
The product was out of this world and the prices were phenomenal - it's too bad the experience was so unpleasant.”
