Beautiful store. The girl who was helping me had no idea what the difference between Indica or Sativa was and she don’t know what a 1:1 ment when I asked her. She clearly got the job because she filled a role in the name of diversity. I got the vibe that Choom was more concerned about looking “eclectic” instead of hiring knowledgeable staff who are helpful. Maybe I had the dud helping me... and everyone else is a pro!?! Who knows ..
This place is awesome, the security guard was Friendly yet diligent, and Leonard was a great help in store, but one of the cashiers dropped my order and could require further training and less complaining.
Instead of adding a THC % range to the screens, Choom has decided to try and fix this the lazy way by just adding the word MAX after all the THC %.
Lets use Leafs by Snoop Moonbeam as an example. OCS lists this as having a THC range of 14-28%.
Choom lists this as being 28%.
I am pretty sure that if people bought this based off of 28% THC and then received 17% THC that they would probably be pretty upset and feel misled.
Choom, spend about 20 minutes and update the screens at the back left of your store with THC ranges for each strain and also keep that screen updated with the items you currently have in stock. Don't list 1g items if you haven't had any in stock since you've opened
