Bad customer service unfortunately. Accidentally ordered prerolls versus blunts. Tried to correct it at the register and they refused to fix it, really bad about it. Bad experience.

Decided I would give this place for the last time. I when when I have the misunderstanding with the couple. Representatives of some complimentary items when purchasing another item. A few weeks ago, maybe a little longer. I was told by management. They will take notes about complimentary items if I ever decided to come back. Upon entering today, bought some super glue. West Coast cure did not receive my complimentary items. I'm sure that there were notes in my customer account. Maybe the buttender or cashier whatever my have. You did not read or look into it. So whatever management had told me, obviously did not happen.

This location if very well established. People are super friendly, eager to help out, and always communicate to the best of their ability. They are afraid of letting you know of current deals and willing to help in the best ways. Haven't had any bad product or any issues (aside of being out of some items but they have such a list can always find substitutions or alternate products). They make it super easy for recurring customers, friendly crew, and happy to help new comers all around. Would highly recommend giving this place a try.
