Third time shopping at this location and it’s been a pleasure getting my products from Culture. Second visit was during 420 and they were busy so I ordered ahead to pick up but was missing an item. Placed another order for delivery the next day which was 4/20/2024 and they were slammed. My order was canceled about 25 minutes before closing so I drove to the Canyon location. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the same cashier as the day before and fortunately he remembered me. Let him know I had an order to pick up but also spoke to him about missing one item from the previous day and the mgr came out and made it right. Didn’t say anything about the cancellation bc I knew they were busy. Little bummed but not too far of a drive. All in all great place, product, and people.

Everyone’s really nice and really knowledgeable of their product. The atmosphere there is really awesome and really inviting. Will definitely come back. And I highly recommend!
