We are very sorry that this was frustrating to you. Medical patients deserve privacy regarding the medical aliments that they are combatting. You are completely right that the same concept does not apply to recreational consumers. The state law states that no customer can ever be left unattended in the bud room, however, and we are bound by those state laws. Thank you for your input.
“Awesome. From the time I walked through the door to the time I left I felt welcomed, informed, respected and all in a beautiful Zen like atmosphere. The water fall is worth trip! Product much less expensive then at old dispensary and a 20% discount on Mondays if u buy 2 or more items. I did and it's worth the savings. The young man who helped me was friendly, knowledgeable and quick to answer my questions. I have found a new home. Thanks guys!”
“Great location, not great service. Depending on who's working its fine but some workers are seriously dumb. One worker told me they don't sell BHO concentrates( which is all they have for concentrates really..). Probably won't go back unless they hire actual knowledgeable bud tenders.”

“Location was pretty cool with the waterfall, but that was where my good impressions ended. Budtender was very limited in knowledge, didn't ask me about my medical conditions, didn't know anything about the growing methods or strain details. Jars were unkept, quality was hit and miss, service was lacking. Nice place, but overall I've had better experiences in Bend. It didn't seem like they produced their own medicine, that it was all produced by vendors. I like to speak to the farmers.”
Oh bummer, we are so disappointed to hear that you had a negative experience with us! We have implemented many changes since this was written and we hope you give us a second chance. We do currently take on about 75% of our product from vendors, but all budtenders go through weekly training on that weeks new flavors. We love that it feeds the local economy and gives back to the local joe. We appreciate your input!
“every time i go by diamond tree its a welcoming experience coffee&tea chocolate samples and television in the lobby, if you are waiting, constantly keeps me smiling and patient. Product and atmosphere just gets better and better, this summer has brought a lot of great experiences and and customer service at diamond tree is one of those experiences, speaking for the employees they're all outstanding.
I recommend everyone on the eastside of bend to make diamond tree their number one spot.”
“Upon walking in the store I was impressed by diamond tree. Beautiful location in an old bank building, and it only got better from there! The staff was super friendly and helpful. I got back into the bud room and was further impressed by their selection. I guess its run like a co-op so they get product from all kinds of people in town (ie GREAT selection of different flowers, grow styles and concentrates!!) This place blew it out of the water in so many ways, I won't be going anywhere else from now on. Thanks guys!!!”
