  • “visited this place a couple time because it is a block away from a friends house. after my second visit i decided to weigh the concentrate i got. it was .23 grams short. I called and they seemed very willing to fix the problem. when i got down there i got $3.00 of a gram. so the oil i paid for originally was $30 (30*.23=$6.90 of oil shorted). i mentioned it on the way out and got a response that may have been "o well". so if it important to you to get what you pay for i would strongly recommend a different shop.”

    I'm truly sorry about the inconvenience, we honestly try very hard to ensure that situations like this don't happen. We work with many vendors, and all concentrates and edibles arrive at our shop pre-weighed and packaged. Our scales here are regularly inspected and certified by the State of Oregon to guarantee they are acceptably accurate; however, mistakes can still be made, by the vendor or by us. I can promise you we would never intentionally under-weigh a product, or continue to work with a vendor who would do so either. Also, our PCR's only have so much latitude to make decisions on refunds and exchanges, but if you're willing to come back a manager can definitely make things right. Sorry for the trouble again, and thanks for understanding, hope to see you soon to get this sorted out!
