“I've been a devoted customer since 2015 and I am still very happy with this dispensary and their delivery service. ANYtime I have had a problem they have been very accommodating. If a certain flower isn't available when I call they have recommended similar flower and sometimes better flower than the one I originally wanted. I have received free items and deals from this dispensary that the others didnt offer. I am a regular customer now and I HIGHLY recommend this place.”
“Honestly very disappointed with both their service and their product. I bought some flower from them, and even upon delivering, they didn't bring change, which was fine. It happens.
When I got a look at the weed, it made me very upset because it looked very dry, didn't smell good and tasted bad too. I sent a message to the person stating that I didn't like the bud and hoping I could exchange it or at least get some credit so I could keep buying from them since they are so close by. At the very least maybe an apology? But I didn't even get a reply.
I found that very unprofessional and I will never ever buy from them again or recommend. ”
I apologize. Also according to my records you purchased the sour diesel. The sour diesel is the cheapest item on our menu. You pay for what you get. Now if you were to get our new candyland you would be very happy! We do no exchanges on flowers only on cartridges and only if its defective. If you are still interested in receiving credit I would give you $10 credit for your dissatisfaction.
We also have a reward program where every $30 you get a whole punched and once you get the whole card filled out you will receive $20 credit on your next order after you completed your card. For safety reasons we don't allow our drivers to carry extra cash unless you pre arrange it. So when you place your order and you don't let our drivers know ahead of time then its your responsibility to get your change. We always work with our patients and usually things like this does not happen.

I talked to our driver about this incident. This was the first time this happened to our driver. We do have a different driver today if you would be willing to give us a second try and with this we give you a free $30 gift for your disappointment. I apologize.

If you want to be up,down,or sideways(sativa/indica/or hybrid) then call these guys and get hooked up! The medical verification was simple and professional. The budtenders are knowledgeable,professional,fast delivery,and provide excellent service(don't want to mention the name of the budtender that usually delivers cause it's not cool without asking first but it starts with a B... He's awesome!). If you want the best flower in the area,fast,and at a good price then this is your spot! Highly recommended!!!”
