“I completely agree with RdiBndt. Their selection and quality are incredible. In person everything is fine but the mail order system is painful. Signing up was fine but ordering is like talking to a 13 year old. Whoever is running the mail order could be more punctual, professional, and quick with their replies. I'm fine with personally transferring money at the bank, but once I transfer the money I'd like a quick response indicating that they have received payment. Not have to wait hours and haggle them to get a response. Also there are no deal, no mix and matching, and you have to pay $50 for this service. Seems like mail order clients are getting the short end of the stick. Where's the love? Whoever is in charge of the mail order needs to step up their game. Please and thanks. Some people need and rely on services like this, so it would be nice to know mail order clients are getting the same care and respect as every other client.”
Hi thanks for the message, so we do not do mail order specials or mix and matches for online orders as we keep our prices the same per gram and 1/8 price as in the store, a lot of the other shops raise their prices per g for online orders, that is also why our shipping fee is the cost it is, again a lot of other clubs mark up prices on product to cover shipping costs and then advertise lower shipping fees.
And the person handling the mail orders has many other things that keep his days very busy but responds to all emails as promptly as his day will allow, patience is always greatly appreciated.
