“The location on Davie street has taken a nose dive in the last few weeks. The strains available have been cut in half, and the staff has been slashed to a skeleton crew. My last visit took 20 minutes, 15 in the waiting area, and 5 more inside( this visit was the early afternoon on a weekday). The waiting area is in an Emery establishment where there are usually a bunch of kids really wasted kids hangin out at the bar. The music is terrible.
It's too bad this location has slid so far, apparently there has been a complete change of staff and new manager. I used to enjoy the staff, and the selection, but both have changed for the worse.
I would recommend going elsewhere and maybe trying in a few months once they get a competent manager. Hopefully this one doesn't last much longer because they are killing the business.”
“Am a full member here, and their quality is excellent. Very wide strain selection on the plant and extracts, and people who actually know a good bit about it all to help.
Place is a little dark inside though, also small. Not many people can be in at the same time, but for the selection and bud they have, worth it!”
“Worest place ever to go buy weeds their staff are rude girls with no attitude or respect they give attitude to you and sass when asking questions and nobody charges 5% tax it's a rip off. A scam it isn't even legal yet and their charging 5%. Rip off never go again. Eden had be good until they got mainstream ”
“Great place met mark he told me to go there i live far from van but i drive all the way there to make sure i have amazing product and reasonable prices but it is 100% worth it. The staff treat you well and help you while you look through a lot of products great service. Always come'n back 1 of 3 that are my favorite dispensaries they are all #1 on my list. ”
“Been a member for over three years now and have seen the customer service and deals go straight down the drain. The quality of bud is mediocre, unless you let one of their budtenders talk you into buying the most expensive thing on the shelf. I even looked past the many times the secretaries apologiesed for policy changes and getting me to do more paperwork. My favorite budtenders that knew what I liked, and made fantastic recommendations for my needs have come and gone many times over, and now it seems like Eden is scraping the barrel and hiring amateurs. They aren't worth the hassle”
