  • “I love this shop, from the moment you walk in the staff is very friendly and attentive. (Not overly so) They will explore the strains with you as you discover what flower to bring home with you. The price points are good and the rewards system is great, I’ve always been able to take advantage of a good deal when I visit this shop. The ambiance is perfect, as it is very quiet and has a great amount of natural light that flows into the shop. Everything added together makes for a relaxing experience.   • “I am a medical patient who needs a lot of patience from dispensaries. I have an auditory processing disorder and a nervous system disorder. Under ideal circumstances, when I'm am calm, I can process information and hear/speak just fine. If my nervous system or adrenal glands are activated, I can't hear well or produce speech well at all. I also have PTSD, and if upset enough, I have seizures. All of this gives me anxiety and I can barely look people in the eye. So I need compassionate people to help me! I buy large amounts of medication and need to be in a calm frame of mind to make such important decisions. I have been to Electric Lettuce three times and the staff has been warm, kind, and gentle every time. I love that they use humor. The have the perfect size selection and there's new stuff rotating in. It's really easy to decide which flower to get, really great set-up and list. Online menu is current. Thank you so much for your compassion! I rarely feel at ease so I am happy to have another place I believe I can trust. ”

  • “Saw a few complaints here about being rushed at closing time from people who do not fully understand the very strict rules regarding the finalization of all sales by 10pm, period. You might want to consider listing your closing time as 9:50pm as some other shops do in order to prevent customer disappointment. Your shop may be more likely to encounter this problem because of customers using the very convenient Max line as well. As one who has owned many businesses, I learned long ago that the customer is rarely correct, we just have to make them feel like we think they are, and it's best to structure one's biz to minimize issues before they occur. Peace.”

  • “Budtenders don't seem to know what they're selling you. I asked multiple times if the cartridge I was about to purchase was compatible with my brand of battery - a battery that they sell here, no less; I even made sure to point out the one I have - and despite all his assurances that they were compatible, guess what?? No dice. Didn't work. I ended up buying a compatible battery elsewhere rather than deal with returning the cartridge. Just a super annoying experience all round. The staff was nice but friendliness doesn't make up for not knowing what you're talking about. On top of that, the prices aren't competitive and the cartridge selection was poor to begin with anyway. Convenient location, but you're better off looking elsewhere.”

  • “Seemed like a cool shop but showed up 15 mins before close. The whole time we were in there they were stressed and rushing all clients through their purchases while shouting updates that the shop was closing every other minute. Would never recommend after that service. ”

  • “Usually great bud and good people but it's really frustrating when you get to the dispensary three minutes before closing and they are already locked up. Yes I know it's 3 minutes, but not good service.”

  • “I used to go to Serra, owned by the same person and was recommended this dispensary since it is closer to where I live. I recently was diagnosed with a life changing illness and the bud tenders have gone above and beyond to make sure that my needs have been met. They've been able to make a mental note of what has helped and what hasn't. I'd definitely recommend visiting this shop. Any person you get is going to be great. They have a great variety and their quality is great. Groovy little shop in a great little area. Compassionate as it comes! ”
