“Honestly, this was the first place I came to get meds when I got my card. I have never been disappointed, everyone is helpful, the quality of medicine is impeccable for a great price. I picked up an 1/8 of Master Yoda Kush and it immediately became one of my favorite strains with its body relaxing sensation that takes the edge off, but still maintains a good head stability as well. AND I love the lobby. It makes waiting a breeze. I definitely will return often.”

Hi, Marlondasmoker. We do apologize very much for the service you received. Customer service is one of the most important aspects of our business, especially one that we're working on. Since the beginning of the year, and even over the past couple weeks, changes in staff have been made to assure the best customer service possible. We are not aware of the circumstances in which you had to wait so long on that specific day, but if was unnecessary on our part, then that is unacceptable. We do hope that we can get that fixed and that you will come back and see us soon.
“First off I wanna say that I can't base my review on the growers because the flower I get is always bomb. But as of lately, when they decided to change things up, I feel its only gotten worse. I'm a loyal patient, so as a business man i definitely see a difference. Before, when it was weighed in front of you, made the experience alot better. But now i just get poor attitude from the staff when I ask to look at different strains (I guess from having to walk back and forth) but that's not my fault or problem on how you chose to switch things up. I drive from south Chandler only because of the Durban, and the attitude I've been getting as a walk-in really isn't worth it anymore, just sucks because bad customer service makes a huge difference in selling your product. So when you get poor service, really makes me think. Do they understand this is My money i'm giving you, so yeah I like to see and pick my flower. Not what they choose for me (which btw is always the one with all the stems!) So to end they yes I might still come here but only choose to do online. I actually get better service that way.”
Hi, Shayb0ne. We are terribly sorry to hear about these experiences. Customer service at top-notch quality is very important to us, and if you were treated anything less than perfect is unacceptable. On behalf of the management and owners, we do apologize for that. Unfortunately, we did have to change our policy for pre-packing the buds due to previous issues. We also know it's a great way to keep them fresh! Stems are also not okay. Our staff in the back that works on the trimming will absolutely be notified.
