“One of the longest and most unacceptable wait times. I understand having some back up, but on a Sunday with 6 people in a room taking 20 min per person to even call then back is ridiculous. Up your effcencicy and then maybe they could have someone try the product before walking out.”
So sorry to hear of your experience at EGC! We do have some long waiting times on certain days, and we do apologize. Unfortunately, we are working on getting that fixed to the best of our abilities right now, but sometimes it goes further than that. We don't like to rush our patients when they are ordering their meds, and therefore the wait times could be longer. We will definitely bring this to the attention of the management and make sure we can increase our efficiency to the best of our abilities. If you do want to be able to get some meds without waiting, try our online ordering system either on our website or on the phone app you can download! We do hope to see you again soon.
We are terribly sorry to hear that, skate1996. We will bring this straight to management and see if we can't make sure all of our products are quality like they should be. As for the waiting times, unfortunately we are a little short-staffed right now, and very busy. Next time, we would suggest taking advantage of our online ordering system. You can use our website or download the phone app and order an hour+ ahead of pick up and come right to the window to pay, no waiting.

“Honestly, this was the first place I came to get meds when I got my card. I have never been disappointed, everyone is helpful, the quality of medicine is impeccable for a great price. I picked up an 1/8 of Master Yoda Kush and it immediately became one of my favorite strains with its body relaxing sensation that takes the edge off, but still maintains a good head stability as well. AND I love the lobby. It makes waiting a breeze. I definitely will return often.”

Since the beginning of the year, and even over the past couple weeks, changes in staff have been made to assure the best customer service possible. We are not aware of the circumstances in which you had to wait so long on that specific day, but if was unnecessary on our part, then that is unacceptable.
